-In orthodontics; in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, canine teeth and premolars that cannot be replaced by orthodontic treatment,

-Surgical extractions; If an impacted tooth has not yet erupted sufficiently, we need to remove the gum or bone so that it can be extracted.
This is called a surgical extraction and requires stitches so that the area can be properly closed and healed.
Sometimes tooth extractions turn into surgical extractions.
If the tooth did not come out whole during extraction, the procedure is continued with surgical extraction.

The wisdom teeth are also usually removed surgically.
Extraction of teeth with excessive loss of material, root tips or teeth with long curved roots may require surgical extraction.
There may be cases where the bone around the tooth becomes dense, resulting in surgical treatment.
